The railway service from Chester to Liverpool Lime Street was withdrawn in 1975.
The North Cheshire Rail Users Group (NCRUG) formed in 1990, to prevent final closure of the line.
The Group have been campaigning ever since.
This film highlights their knowledge on the topic and how they believe the reopening of the line will be extremely beneficial.
